The latest episodes of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc have left fans on edge with their exciting plot twists. In episode 9, the demon slayer corps was almost completely defeated with the losses of Izui Tengen and Inosuke, and the helplessness of Zenitsu and Tanjiro. However, the situation quickly changed in episode 10.

Throughout previous episodes, Kimetsu no Yaiba has provided opportunities for Tanjiro to perfect his Sun Breathing technique. However, other breathing techniques such as those used by Zenitsu and Izui Tengen are just as interesting to explore.

Zenitsu Agatsuma, Tanjiro’s fellow demon slayer and only user of Thunder Breathing technique in the corps, finally regains consciousness after being buried in the ruins of Yoshiwara. Izui Tengen, who lost his eyes and hands, also manages to make a comeback after being poisoned by Gyutaro.

Thunder Breathing is one of the five main breathing techniques used by the demon slayer corps. This technique is known for its lightning-fast speed, capable of destroying anything in an instant.

Thanks to the resurrections of Zenitsu and Tengen, Tanjiro is able to defeat Gyutaro. When Daki attempts to help her brother, Zenitsu suddenly appears and strikes her with his Thunderclap and Flash: Godlike Speed technique. With this move, Zenitsu nearly beheads Daki and tears her obi apart before being assisted by Inosuke.

Aside from Zenitsu, Izui Tengen also experiences a resurrection from his temporary defeat. His sound breathing technique allows him to predict his opponent’s movements and react accordingly. With this technique, Izui Tengen is even more effective than before, even with his injured body.

The sound breathing technique causes Gyutaro to struggle and gives Tanjiro the opportunity to finally behead and defeat him. Similarly, Zenitsu’s technique overwhelms Daki and gives Inosuke an opening to finish her off.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’s Entertainment District Arc showcases the incredible power of different breathing techniques within the demon slayer corps. Thunder Breathing and Sound Breathing, in particular, are extremely powerful and impressive techniques, adding an extra layer of depth to the anime’s fight scenes.
