Karasu’s Devil Fruit Power Revealed in One Piece

The One Piece universe is filled with numerous formidable characters, where even marauders and revolutionaries have taken up arms against the World Government. One such revolutionary comprises Monkey D. Dragon, who leads the group currently. One of his trusted commanders is Sabo, the elder brother of Mugiwara No Luffy. Karasu is another influential member in Dragon’s revolutionary army of One Piece.

Initially, Karasu appeared to be a character identical to a crow. Hence fans speculated that Karasu might be a Zoan type Devil Fruit user. However, Eiichiro Oda began revealing Karasu’s Devil Fruit power in One Piece. According to Instagram Fakta One Piece, Karasu’s Devil Fruit is a Logia type named Susu Susu no Mi, which means ashes in Indonesian.

This correlated with Karasu’s black color, similar to the smoky black appearance of ashes. Moreover, the attributes of Karasu’s Logia resemble the appearance of ashes produced from burning. The subtly shown distinction of Karasu’s body being hurt but not receiving injuries further indicates he is a Logia type.

Interestingly, Karasu had always been depicted alongside crows in One Piece, which fans now assume symbolize his Devil Fruit’s protective capabilities. These crows operate as message carriers and barriers for Karasu when under attack in One Piece. This revelation has quashed all prior opinions of Karasu as a Zoan type Devil Fruit user.
