Haikyuu fans have eagerly awaited the continuation of the story of the small giant, Shoyo Hinata. The anime has concluded its fourth season, and the fifth season is currently in production in the form of a film. It will feature the match between Karasuno and Nekoma, as well as Hinata’s journey.

In the last volume of the Haikyuu manga, Hinata is depicted as joining his high school’s volleyball club and then making his way to the professional league in Japan. The manga focuses on Hinata’s struggle to become a world-class volleyball player.

The conflict starts when Hinata fails his national exam in his first year of high school, and then Karasuno fails to win the championship. Hinata then goes to Brazil to become a beach volleyball player, where he hones his skills, improves his senses, and enhances his control.

Upon returning to Japan, Hinata immediately joins the professional league, despite his height being a major disadvantage. He is accepted into the MSBY Black Jackals, the best team in the league, following a trial run. This team then faces off against Kageyama’s team, the Schweiden Adlers, for the first time since their high school match.

In this match, Hinata shows off his incredible skills, which he developed in Brazil, and even uses his signature move, the tempo minus, faster than ever before. However, Kageyama has also improved his skills, making them evenly matched.

This long-awaited match marks the end of the Haikyuu manga, while also concluding Hinata’s journey to become a world-class volleyball player. His former rival, Kageyama, is now his teammate, a testament to their growth as players and friends.
