Who Will Luffy Marry: Unveiling Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece Ending

As the fans eagerly await the ending of the timeless manga and anime franchise One Piece, the creator of this Japanese tale, Eiichiro Oda, unveiled some crucial details about the fate of the protagonist, Monkey D Luffy. In a recent forum, Oda revealed that Luffy will become the Pirate King and marry four women: Nami, Boa Hancock, Vivi, and Nico Robin. Oda also explained in detail the status and priority of each of Luffy’s wives without giving away the main plot twists.

Boa Hancock, the Captain of the Kuja Pirates, becomes the bride of the Pirate King. She is chosen as his Queen Consort after quite a competition since many women are in love with Luffy. Hancock’s rank as the Empress of Amazon Lily, combined with her infatuation with Luffy, makes her ideal for the role.

Nami, the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates, can be considered the first lady of the Pirate King. Her love for Luffy is vividly demonstrated when she hits him hard out of frustration or for the sake of the comedy elements that make the manga so endearing. However, Luffy’s other wives are equally important.

Vivi, the Princess of Arabasta, becomes Luffy’s second wife as a clear indication of their friendship and her contribution to the Straw Hat Pirates’ adventures. Although Vivi has sailed with the group, she is not quite on Nami’s or Hancock’s level in terms of priority.

Nico Robin, known for her amazing abilities in deciphering the ancient language of Poneglyphs, becomes the “additional wife.” Although her position is a bit vague, her connection with Luffy was the subject of speculations about ancestral family ties. Still, the marriage refutes these claims, leaving Robin as Luffy’s last bride, albeit with less priority.

All these details give us a vivid image of Luffy’s future and his position as the Pirate King. Even though the priorities of his wives are clear, Oda refrained from leaking other plot details. Nonetheless, it’s expected that these women will stay alive until the end of the story since Luffy is destined to spend his life and reign as the supreme Pirate King with them.
