One of the agreements made by the founders of the World Government was that they would receive the privilege of becoming Tenryuubito. However, to become a Tenryuubito, the royal families had to leave their citizens and move to Marijoa to enjoy various luxuries as celestial dragons. Nefertari Lili did not want to do this, so she chose to return to the Kingdom of Alabasta instead.
4. Never Made it to Alabasta
After refusing to move to Marijoa and choosing to return to Alabasta, Nefertari Lili never made it there. Raja Cobra has searched for ancient manuscripts about her return to the kingdom 800 years ago, but there are no historical records of it. The only thing that is known is that Nefertari Lili passed on the throne to her younger brother after the formation of the World Government.

Although there is no historical record of Nefertari Lili’s return to Alabasta, she is known to have left a letter. The letter was sent by Nefertari Lili from Marijoa to Alabasta and was passed down from generation to generation. Supposedly, it contains information about the D clan.
