Synopsis

Jason Bourne, along with his girlfriend, Marie Kreutz, is living in India to hide. During his hideout, Bourne keeps studying his old notebook, trying to remember his past as a CIA assassin. In Berlin, Germany, a CIA agent meets with a Russian informant to execute a transaction for Neski’s file, a document containing Treadstone’s data, and theft of $20 million.

Their meeting ends tragically as a Russian hitman, Kirill, manages to kill them both and steal the document. Kirill plants Bourne’s fingerprints at the meeting location to make it look like he is involved. After finding Bourne’s fingerprints, Pamela Landy, the CIA Deputy Director, meets Ward Abbott, the CIA Chief, to inquire about Treadstone operation involving Bourne.

Pamela believes Bourne and the late Treadstone supervisor, Alexander Conklin, are involved in the murder of Vladimir Neski’s family. Pamela and Abbott then gather forces and prepare to capture Bourne in Berlin.
