In the latest chapter of One Piece, which is Chapter 1085, the full name of Luffy’s mother has finally been revealed. Fans of this anime series have been anticipating the reveal of the name of Luffy’s mother, and now we finally know it. Her full name and identity will be revealed in Chapter 1085.

Many fans of One Piece speculated that Dragon’s wife was a former Ratu Kuja, making sense as Rayleigh is referred to as Luffy’s uncle. This indirectly confirmed that Shakuyaku, Rayleigh’s sister was Luffy’s mother. Shakkuaku was also confirmed to be a former Ratu Kuja after Gloriosa. Considering the age difference between Shakky and Hancock, there was another Ratu Kuja in between them that has not been mentioned by Eiichiro Oda.

The clues to Luffy’s mother’s name were already hinted by Eiichiro Oda through the names of the previous and current Ratu Kuja. As it is known, Oda named the Ratu Kuja after flowers starting from Gloriosa to Shakuyaku, which means that the most suitable flower name for Nika’s mother is the Sunflower that translates to Himawari in Japanese.
