In the latest chapter of One Piece, chapter 1085, Eiichiro Oda treats readers with a surprise on Hachinosu Island. The chapter shows the continuation of the intense battle between the Marines and Pirates. One of the surprising elements of One Piece Chapter 1085 on Hachinosu Island is the fight between Garp, a Marine Vice Admiral, and Aokiji, his former pupil.

In One Piece Chapter 1080, it was evident that Garp had destroyed Beehive Island with just one punch. However, his glory was short-lived as Aokiji, who was tasked to guard Hachinosu Island, stands in his way. Garp immediately duels with his former pupil, but Aokiji was quick to knock him down.

Meanwhile, Yonko Kurohige has arrived at Beehive Island and quickly attacks Garp. His punch was so intense that it made Garp vomit and scream hysterically. Fortunately, Garp envelops his body with Busoshoku Haki, which saved him from an instant death. However, Kurohige keeps on hitting him until he was severely beaten.

The death of Garp was postponed as Aokiji asks Kurohige to stop and offers to take care of Garp. Aokiji freezes Garp with his technique so that Kurohige couldn’t harm him while Sword members struggle to face Kurohige’s attacks.
