The latest season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the Arc Entertainment District (Desa Tukang Pedang), has officially ended with episode 11 on February 13. Good news for anime fans as Studio Ufotable has confirmed that Kimetsu no Yaiba will continue with Season 3 through a teaser visual featuring the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji. Season 3 will adapt the Arc Swordsmith Village, which according to the manga version of Kimetsu no Yaiba, covers chapters 100 to 127.

The story will still revolve around Tanjiro Kamado as he travels to the Swordsmith Village to replace his sword. Tanjiro has always been breaking his Nichirin sword, and this has made the swordsmith Hotaru Haganezuka tired of constantly repairing it. Tanjiro has been using the water breathing technique, and it appears that his body is naturally suited for the sun breathing technique. As a result, he has not been able to master the water breathing technique as his master taught him. Consequently, the sword he uses becomes fragile and easily breaks. This always makes the swordsmith angry at Tanjiro.

In the upcoming season of Kimetsu no Yaiba, the Arc Swordsmith Village will feature the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji as major players. In the previous arc in seasons 1 and 2, they only played minor roles and appeared briefly when they were with the other Hashira. Additionally, the main players of Kimetsu no Yaiba: Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke, will be joining Tanjiro in the Swordsmith Village.
