Fans of One Piece have been waiting for the return of Gear 6 Luffy, and in the latest chapter, their patience was finally rewarded. The resurgence of Luffy’s Gear 6 became the trigger for the imminent war between Im Sama and Dewa Nika Part II. According to the latest One Piece spoiler from the Reddit forum, Monkey D. Luffy has finally unveiled a new form of power from the devil fruit Hito Hito no Mi model Nika. Im Sama was taken aback by the upgrade to Luffy’s Dewa Nika power.
In the latest chapter of One Piece, Im Sama immediately called on the four Gorosei (Gorosei Saturn was fighting against Gear 6 Luffy). In the newest One Piece chapter, the top leader of the World Government holds an emergency meeting after seeing Gear 6 Luffy. It is unclear what Im Sama discussed with the four Gorosei, but some say that it will lead to the war between Im Sama and Dewa Nika Part II.
Im Sama had waged war against Sun God Nika (Dewa Nika), who had been the power behind Joy Boy, the king of the ancient kingdom during the Void Century in the One Piece universe. The war ended with Im Sama’s victory, and Joy Boy died, burying the Dewa Nika power within him. However, according to the latest One Piece spoiler, the war between Im Sama and Dewa Nika is not yet over, as Luffy has awakened the power of Sun God Nika in the Wano arc.
When Luffy defeated Kaido in Wano, he awakened his new power, the Gear 5, which came from the Dewa Nika devil fruit. This led to the World Government, especially Im Sama, to begin moving.
