In the world of Bleach, Hollows are considered evil and pose a threat to humanity. They are creatures born from the souls of deceased humans who have been corrupted. These Hollows wander the spiritual realm, devouring other souls in their search for power.

It is in this world that a masked human suddenly appears before Ichigo Kurosaki, the protagonist of the series. This mysterious figure raises questions about their intentions and the role they will play in Ichigo’s journey.

Ichigo, as a Shinigami, is a soul reaper responsible for protecting humans from Hollows. However, he struggles to control his own Hollow side, which puts him at odds with his duty. This struggle becomes even more complicated when he learns about the existence of the Visored.

The Visored are a group of Shinigami who have acquired Hollow powers. They are former captains and vice-captains of the Soul Society, the organization that governs the spiritual realm. However, they are seen as traitors by the Soul Society due to their Hollowfication.

Hollowfication is the act of merging a Hollow soul with a normal soul, resulting in greater strength and abilities. The Visored became Hollowfied unintentionally as a result of a terrible event orchestrated by Aizen Sousuke, a former captain of the Gotei 13.

Aizen’s experiments caused the loss of hundreds of souls in the Rukongai, a district in the Soul Society. Urahara Kisuke, a newly appointed captain, attempted to save these souls using the hogyoku, a powerful artifact. However, his efforts failed, and he was falsely accused and punished for his actions.

Yoruichi, a friend of Urahara’s, helped him and the other affected Shinigami escape to the human world, where they could recover and learn to control their newfound Hollow powers. It is in the human world that the Visored find themselves, forming a group of eight members consisting of five males and three females.

The Visored reveal their intention to defeat Aizen and consider themselves allies of the Gotei 13. They also see themselves as friends of Ichigo Kurosaki, who is known as the substitute Shinigami in the Soul Society. Despite once being wrongly labeled as enemies, they now fight alongside the Soul Society against their true enemy, Aizen Sousuke.

In conclusion, the Visored are a group of Shinigami who have become Hollowfied due to Aizen’s experiments. They seek to defeat Aizen and his Hollowfication project. While once seen as enemies by the Soul Society, they now consider themselves allies and friends of Ichigo Kurosaki, the substitute Shinigami. Their struggle against Aizen and their quest for redemption form a crucial part of the Bleach storyline.
