The Epic Battle for One Piece Continues on Egghead Island

The latest One Piece spoilers have revealed that Shanks has successfully defeated Kid and his crew, Victoria Punk, in a fight to control the road poneglyph from Wano. Not to be outdone, Kurohige has also attempted to take the road poneglyph from Trafalgar Law’s crew. As of chapter 1082, Shanks already has possession of the poneglyph, while Kurohige’s fight with Law remains undecided. If Kurohige wins, he will need to find more poneglyphs to uncover the location of the One Piece treasure.

The road poneglyphs are becoming increasingly important in the final saga of One Piece, as they are the key to finding Raftel Island where Gol D. Roger’s treasure is hidden. This has set the stage for an epic battle between Shanks and Kurohige on Egghead Island. As Luffy and his Straw Hat pirates already have three of the four poneglyphs, it’s not surprising that they may be the next target.

The spoilers suggest that Egghead Island is about to become the site of a Battle Royale, as three Yonkous (Shanks, Kurohige, and Luffy) clash in an attempt to secure the remaining road poneglyphs. This was hinted at during Jump Festa 2023 by Eiichiro Oda himself.

While it’s unclear if these rumors are true, evidence seems to point that Kurohige’s flag is near Egghead Island. This, coupled with the arrival of the World Government led by Saturn, one of the Gorosei, and the Navy, led by Admiral Kizaru, sets the stage for an intense showdown.

Luffy must become even stronger to fight against Shanks and Kurohige and the other powerful characters in One Piece. With the possibility of having to face Shanks to secure Roger’s treasure, Luffy’s strength and determination are going to be tested to the limit.
