As a female college student, I’m excited to talk about the upcoming epic battle between Marshall D Teach, also known as Kurohige, and some of the strongest characters in One Piece like Shanks and Monkey D Garp. Kurohige was able to successfully steal the power of Edward Newgate and now possesses two devil fruits, which has made the Marine and other powerful groups wary of his existence.
Kurohige’s reputation as a cunning and cruel pirate who will stop at nothing to win has made him the strongest enemy that Luffy will face. However, before he battles Luffy, Kurohige will most likely die first as he faces off with Shanks and Garp. The fight between Shanks and Kurohige may happen again as they previously fought, which is considered the reason for the scar on Akagami’s left eye.
Garp, who is Luffy’s grandfather, also wants to eliminate Kurohige because he realizes that Marshall D Teach is extremely dangerous and will only become stronger. That’s why the two powerful characters in One Piece, Shanks and Garp, are attempting to defeat Kurohige before the two devil fruits inside his body reach the awakening stage and become unbeatable.
If Kurohige has to fight Shanks or Garp, there is a possibility that he will perish because he will be facing two rulers of an advanced level of haki. Some of the powers of his devil fruits won’t have any effect on Shanks or Garp.
If Kurohige dies while fighting Shanks or Garp, Luffy could lose his strongest opponent. Luffy had a grudge against Kurohige because he was the person who handed over Ace to the Marines, who later sentenced him to death. Luffy and Kurohige secretly held a grudge against each other, but both shared the same dream of becoming a Pirate King, following in the footsteps of Gol D Roger.
Not only that, but both Kurohige and Luffy are D’s and are the strongest candidates to become the Pirate King. The battle between Luffy and Kurohige will take place when they clash over this position.
