The story begins with the Little Dots kindergarten school running inside the complex of the residence of the school’s owner Naina Jaiswal (Yami Gautam). Naina is very fond of her students and is loved by them in return. One day, Naina suddenly goes on leave for three weeks without any explanation. She even meets her fiancé Rohit Mirchandani (Karanvir Sharma) who promises to make up for their lost time by celebrating her birthday that evening. The day goes on smoothly, with the parents dropping their children off and leaving them in the care of the teachers. Naina then proceeds to execute her plans. However, things take an unexpected turn when the family driver of one of the students arrives with a cake and sandwiches for Naina. The driver, seeing Naina with her gun, tries to run away but is caught and locked in a room along with Savitri, the house help who returns to pick up her forgotten mobile phone. Meanwhile, the police arrive at the scene, and one of the officers, Lokhande, mistakes the laughter of the children as a prank, delaying the police intervention. As more police arrive, negotiations begin, and Javed Khan (Atul Kulkarni), a police officer, becomes Naina’s primary negotiator.
