Although many fans may have missed it, the strongest enemy in One Piece, Kurohige, seems to have arrived at Egghead Island. There is even a theory that Kurohige is after an unusual power on the island. Egghead Island, at present, is under tight surveillance by the World Government in One Piece. This is because the smartest person in One Piece, Vegapunk, is known to have betrayed them as he is currently researching the secrets of the Void Century of One Piece’s 800 years ago.
Just like Ohara Island, Egghead Island is also under the threat of being destroyed by the World Government in One Piece. If fans previously thought that Kurohige would face off with Luffy’s grandfather, Monkey D Garp, this will not happen in One Piece 1080.
