In chapter 1080 of One Piece’s manga, the actions of Monkey D Garp depict him as one of the strongest characters in the series, even considered on par with Shirohige, the strongest man in the world. Throughout various stories, Vice Admiral Garp has exhibited incredible strength, most notably during the God Valley incident where he defeated vicious pirates like Rocks D Xebec, working alongside his fellow pirate Gol D Roger.
