Monkey D Garp won’t be alone in his fight against Kurohige’s forces in One Piece. According to a report from Pikiran Rakyat Bekasi, there will be several vice admirals joining the battle to aid the Marine hero. Alongside Tsuru, who was previously confirmed to be supporting Garp, these vice admirals are some of the most powerful members of the Navy in the One Piece world.

Vice admirals are high-ranking officers below the admirals in the One Piece navy. They are known for their exceptional strength, and those who hold the position often have the potential to become admirals themselves. As Garp heads to Kurohige’s base, the following five vice admirals will also be making their move: Momonga, John Giant, Chaton, Onigumo, and Momousagi.

Momonga is known for his role in the buster call at Impel Down. Tokikake, or Chaton, is one of two candidates being considered for the position of admiral in the One Piece navy, while Momousagi (also known as Gion) was once considered the strongest candidate for the role. In One Piece: Gold, Momousagi wields a powerful Meito sword called Konpira.

John Giant is a giant who fought against Shirohige in the Marineford War, while Onigumo was one of five vice admirals who led the Buster Call at Enies Lobby. Oniguno has the unique ability to transform into a spider due to the Zoan-type Devil Fruit he possesses. He also wields eight swords in each of his hands, making him one of the strongest vice admirals in One Piece.
