Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is coming to theaters on July 6th, 2023 in Japan. Fans of the anime can look forward to seeing Gojo, Geto, Yuji, Sukuna, and Riko in action once again. Mappa Studio, the production company behind the anime, recently released the trailer for season 2 on March 25, 2023.

The first Jujutsu Kaisen movie titled Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was a huge success in theaters, and the second season has been highly anticipated. This season’s story arc follows Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto during their time at Tokyo Jujutsu High School in 2006. They receive a request from Tengen (Jujutsu’s strongest character), to protect and bring Riko Amanai, a star plasma vessel or a face for Master Tengen. However, during their mission, Gojo and Geto must confront the appearance of a person named Fushiguro Toji. This season promises even more action, drama, and suspense than the first season.

The official Twitter account @animejujutsu released the trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, which showcases the Tokyo Jujutsu High School campus. Fans can expect to see some familiar faces like Riko Amanai and Shoko Ieiri in the new season.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 was written by Gege Akutami, who also wrote the manga series of the same name. The anime was produced by Mappa Studio, directed by Sunghoo Park, and with music composed by Hiroaki Tsutsumi.

The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen had 24 episodes, and the series quickly became one of the most popular anime series of 2020. Apart from the anime series, there is a manga series of Jujutsu Kaisen published by Shueisha. The manga series has been licensed for an English release by Viz Media.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is not yet confirmed for a release in Indonesia, but fans can keep an eye out for future announcements from Jujutsu Kaisen’s social media accounts and Indonesian cinemas. In the meantime, fans can enjoy the trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 and the manga series.
