Im Sama’s Plan to Defeat Luffy in One Piece

One Piece fans have been eagerly waiting for Eiichiro Oda to continue the storyline on the Egghead Island where Gorosei will finally engage in a fight against Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. However, it seems like the fans will be disappointed as the Gorosei’s purpose of visiting Egghead Island is not to meet Luffy.

The Gorosei is primarily heading to the island to capture and secure Vegapunk, who is accused of betrayal. While Luffy is also on the island to protect Vegapunk, the scientist has already been hidden by York, who seems to have allied with the Gorosei. Therefore, Gorosei will directly find and take Vegapunk away once they reach Egghead Island.

Meanwhile, Luffy is still caught up fighting against the Seraphim, who are proving to be tough opponents. However, it is expected that Im Sama will directly confront Luffy, as the leader of Pemerintah Dunia has been targeting him for a long time. Moreover, Im Sama knows the danger of the Buah Iblis in Luffy’s possession, and thus, wants to defeat him before he realizes the full potential of his abilities.
