The mastermind behind KARA is a genius scientist named Amado, who created robotic humans like Eida, Daemon, and various incredible ninja gadgets. He’s also the one who created a prosthetic arm for Kawaki, who lost his arm during a battle against Isshiki Otsutsuki. Amado is considered the greatest genius on the show.
When Amado finally decided to defect to Konoha, he became an advisor to Konoha’s research team and a source of all information, especially concerning KARA. Apart from Amado, Orochimaru is also a scientist who is worth mentioning in Boruto. Despite his past treachery against Konoha, Orochimaru is undoubtedly a true scientist. He conducts various experiments based on his high instincts and curiosity. Although the way he does things is wrong, he managed to research the power of Hashirama’s cells.
In the Boruto anime, one of Konoha’s shinobi named Mitsuki is a creation of Orochimaru. He was made using Hashirama’s cell power that has been developed by Orochimaru. Mitsuki, although an artificial human, has power that is on par with his fellow Konoha shinobi.
