The latest One Piece 1084 spoiler has been unveiled by leakers, revealing the title of the upcoming chapter as ‘Attempted Murder of Celestial Dragon’. The cover of One Piece 1084 will display a color spread featuring women from the series playing at sea.

As for the chapter, the spoilers suggest that Arabasta’s King Nefertari Cobra speaks to the Gorosei about Ratu Lily from Arabasta. It is revealed in this One Piece 1084 spoiler that Ratu Lily was one of the 20 founders of the World Government in the past. However, Ratu Lily refused to be a part of Celestial Dragon or Naga Langit or Tenryuubito. It is said that she disappeared after leaving Arabasta.
