After a long wait, the trailer and poster for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 3 Arc Swordsmith Village have been released. The latest trailer and poster for the anime series created by Studio Afotable can be viewed on YouTube. This means that the release date, which is scheduled for April 2023, is around the corner.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of the most anticipated anime of 2023, and the premiere episode will last for an hour, showing Tanjiro’s adventures in Swordsmith Village. It will include two episodes from season 2, namely episode 10 and 11 for the anime version, or chapters 98-100 for the manga version. In the last two episodes of season 2, Tanjiro’s sword was damaged once again while battling Upper Moon Demons. Therefore, he needs to update his Nichirin sword and go to the swordsmith village. In season 3, Tanjiro will be accompanied by two Hashiras, Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji, and Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito.
However, as the group of demon slayers heads towards the swordsmith village, two members of the Upper Moon Demons, Hantengu, and Gyokko, are launching a massive attack on the village. This poses a great challenge for Tanjiro and the Hashiras to continue protecting the swordsmith village’s heritage.
The entire season 3 will adapt the Demon Slayer manga version from chapter 100-127. It is likely that the 27 episode Arc Swordsmith Village from the manga version will be adapted into an 11-12 episode anime version, similar to Demon Slayer season 2 Arc Entertainment District.
