One Punch Man is a well-known anime and manga series with an unbeatable main character, Saitama. Saitama trained to become an incredibly strong human, with the strongest punch in all of anime history, which no one has ever been able to stand against. However, Saitama became bored of always winning and began searching for a worthy opponent. Though it is rare for any character to survive one of Saitama’s punches, a few have managed to stand against him and live to tell the tale.

5. Saitama (Yes, Saitama)
In episode 2 of One Punch Man Season 1, we learn that Saitama can hit himself and yet survive. A mosquito that tries to bite him is swatted and survives, leaving Saitama anything but impressed. Although Saitama can beat any opponent easily, he still has control over his strength and can withhold any amount he thinks necessary. Therefore, even if he hits himself as hard as he can, it won’t be fatal.
4. Overgrown Rover
Overgrown Rover, a powerful dog, guards and resides in the Monster Association, he is a level “Dragon” monster who can demolish an entire city in an instant. Even heroes such as Puri-Puri Prisoner, Tank Top Master, or Genos cannot stop this creature. However, Overgrown Rover survives when hit by Saitama’s powerful punch, an incredible feat considering that not many opponents are able to withstand a single blow from him. This even earns Rover a friendship from Saitama.
3. Orochi
Orochi is one of the most powerful characters in One Punch Man and the leader of the Monster Association. His multiple forms have different abilities that allow him to adapt to any situation. Orochi managed to beat Garou after only seeing his fighting style briefly, but when he fought Saitama, he could not defeat him. Orochi is one of the few characters who can recognize Saitama’s power by just seeing him. Though he survived three of Saitama’s punches, he ultimately falls to him.
2. Boros
Boros is the final antagonist of One Punch Man’s first season and is considered a “God Level Threat”. Boros and his army of aliens are the only monsters who could defeat Saitama. Although Boros could not win against Saitama, he could survive four hits and even impressed Saitama, who admits that Boros was the first person who ever survived his punch. Saitama even recognized Boros’ strength when he was dying.
Saitama’s punch is renowned for being the strongest in all of anime and no one has ever been able to stand up against it. The few characters who have survived Saitama’s punch are considered some of the strongest characters in the series. They have managed to stand up against the otherwise omnipotent Saitama, even if only momentarily.
