The latest episode of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations has left fans on the edge of their seats with the arrival of Code in Konoha. The previous episode saw Code engage in a fight with Kawaki, who was attempting to escape Konoha. His aim was to ensure Naruto and his family were protected from Code’s wrath, given that he was the one who killed Isshiki Otsutsuki. However, Code has no interest in Kawaki’s offer and believes that Naruto, Sasuke, Boruto, and Kawaki should be eliminated for their role in Isshiki’s death. But, Code only wants to capture Kawaki as instructed by Eida.

The upcoming episode will feature a fierce fight between Boruto and Code as he tries to protect his family and hometown. To defeat Code, Boruto will have to use his Karma power inherited from Momoshiki. But, the constant use of Karma poses a threat to Boruto, as Momoshiki can take over his body. Despite the danger, Boruto activates his Karma power as he believes he has no choice but to fight Code before Naruto arrives.

Eida, who possesses Senrigennya abilities, is watching the fight alongside Code and Kawaki. She guides Code on Kawaki’s whereabouts, leading him to Konoha.

In episode 290, Inojin informs his friends that Konoha’s security has been tightened. To trick the sensory ninja keeping watch, one must erase their chakra. Kawaki follows this advice and devises a plan to escape Konoha. However, Boruto, who has the same Otsutsuki power, notices Kawaki’s odd movements and hunts him down.
