However, as is known, the Kingdom of Lulusia was destroyed by Im Sama, and only seven of the eight locations remain. This might incite opposition against World Government’s violence caused by Lulusia’s destruction. The World Government responds to the declaration of war by sending the Ksatria Suci consisting of nine members. Seven countries have yet to pay taxes at Marijoa; thus, the newly controlled Order of God which is directed by the World Government will attack them. This signifies the emergence of a new powerful force controlled by the Tenryuujin, different from the Navy. Therefore, the clash between the Revolutionary Army and the World Government becomes a battle of the Knights of God.
